Day 1

1. Introduction

2. Dry Gas Seal Principles of Operation and Materials of Construction

3. Dry Gas Seal components functionality and arrangements; API-617 requirements and Dry Gas Seal testing; Process specific seal application guidelines

Day 2

4. Explanation of API 614 from a dry gas seal system perspective / Fundamentals of Control Panels and Gas Conditioning Systems

5. Dry Gas Seal Systems Troubleshooting / Dry Gas Seal Retrofits

Day 3

6. Design requirements/ considerations for successful and safe operation of DGS systems. Development of scope requirements for a project.

7. Q&A

Daily sessions are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be provided daily (dinner on your own).

Refreshment breaks (complimentary) are scheduled twice daily.

The course will end at 3:00 p.m. on Friday for traveling convenience.
