Turbomachinery Symposium Exhibitor Kit

Warning - Important Note For Exhibitors

Please beware of the Fair Guide and Expo-Guide solicitations. You may be contacted by the Fair Guide (from its publisher Construct Data) or Expo-Guide (from its publisher Commercial Online Manuals) which use our show name or the Turbomachinery Laboratory name. They do not represent us and it could cost you thousands of dollars. That is not from a reliable company.

  • Construct Data currently operates out of Slovakia (previously from Austria and Germany)
  • The Expo-Guide currently operates out of Mexico
Here is a link to the full details of the scam: http://stopecg.org/construct_data_fairguide.htm
Thank you and as usual if in doubt please ask us or verify on the Service Contractors page of the Service Kit.

Hello Pump & Turbo Show Exhibitors,

Thank you for participating in the shows this year. We appreciate your continued support. As always, it is a pleasure to have you exhibiting.

Please take time to read this online Exhibitor Service Kit as it will serve both shows. The kit contains the information you will need to plan your booth. We want you to have a very successful show and this manual should provide the preparation materials to aid in a smooth exhibiting experience. Please note deadlines for the show management forms as well as discount deadlines for our vendors.

We are so excited about the exhibit hall again this year. We made some aesthetic changes last year to the hall and had numerous compliments. This year we are adding a few new items to the hall to generate a better circulation of visitors. First you will notice new aisle signs down the 20’ middle aisle, this is also a new sponsorship. Secondly, we are adding a social media center to the pump side of the hall. This will be manned during exhibit hours and have live feeds of twitter and blogging on the video boards. Third, we are offering a new marketing tool for companies of all sizes, “Around the Industry” Passport contest. This will allow a limited number of companies to purchase a layout in the passport in which visitor’s will need to come to your booth for a stamp in order to enter the drawing.

Please note the FAQ’s in the ESK. This will answer many of your questions for you quicker than emailing us and waiting.

The list of service providers will indicate who is representing us for the different services you might need. If you are contacted by others claiming to be with the show or working on behalf of show management please do not provide them with any of your information until you confirm with our office.

If you have questions not covered in this kit, please feel free to contact me. Freeman Decorating Company is our official decorator and will welcome your questions in regards to their services, material handling needs, and the many other services they provide.

I look forward to seeing you in September/October.

Kind regards,

Martha Barton
