Turbomachinery Symposium Presenters

Symposium Registration

Each author will be required to register for the symposium. Registration forms will be emailed to all authors in June and will reflect a special, discounted registration fee. Individuals who pre-register should pick up badges at the Leader Registration Desk on LEVEL THREE of the George R. Brown Convention Center. Those who do not pre-register must first proceed to the Main Registration Desk on LEVEL ONE to submit payment information and have a badge printed.

Communication with Authors

Due to manpower and time constraints, most correspondence will be done with the contact author only. The contact author is the person who sends the abstract in originally. It will be up to the contact author to see that all coauthors receive copies of all correspondence. Please notify all coauthors of the information available on these pages. A Data Form must be submitted for each author with complete contact and biographical data included.

Reasons to Participate

As an agency of the State of Texas, the Turbomachinery Laboratory is committed to providing the best in continuing education opportunities to the industry. One of the best reasons to participate as a leader in the Turbomachinery Symposium is professional development. Symposium leaders have an opportunity to share their expertise, foster stronger ties with industry peers, and establish themselves as known leaders in their fields. This leadership opportunity is an outstanding addition to any career and its accompanying resume.

Don't forget - your work is published! The Lecture and Tutorial technical papers and Case Study presentations are published on a Proceedings USB distributed to all symposium attendees at the event and will be available on the Turbomachinery Laboratory website after three months. Papers are sometimes reprinted in other industry publications and are often referenced in other technical papers.

Short Course notebooks are published separately.
