Turbomachinery Symposium Shipping Information

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning Friday, August 24, 2012 at the warehouse address (see below). Material arriving after Tuesday, September 18, 2012 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.  Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

The Turbomachinery Laboratory requests the cooperation of all exhibitors in working together to ensure the most efficient move-in and setup process.

Exhibitors who unload and set up their own displays may find it easier to use the loading dock on Sunday, especially Sunday afternoon, when activity is usually a little slower.

Exhibitors with large and/or heavy equipment must use the Shipment Notification form to notify the official shipping and general service contractors of their requirements. Those farthest from the freight doors in back need to be moved in first. Special arrangements will be made to schedule moving heavy or bulky equipment before the aisles become filled with other freight.
