Welcome to the Selection Session information page! We are looking forward to a successful show this year, and to exciting plans for 2009.
Booth selections for the 25th International Pump Users Symposium (2009) will be made at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Room 340A on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2008.
Three sessions are scheduled throughout the morning, based on priority points. See the Alpha Points List for your designated time; you will be admitted ONLY to your assigned session.
The layout of the exhibit area for the 25th International Pump Users Symposium is included on the right for your evaluation, both as a downloadable PDF and online. A decision about your booth location will be required during Selection Session, so please take time to review the layout.
Companies that fail to choose their booth space during their assigned time will take their chances on the remaining booths, or on subsequent cancellations.
If you miss you time slot, Martha will be located in Booth 600 at the front of the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m..
A reminder ticket for your company representative should be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration counter, George R. Brown Convention Center, starting on SUNDAY, APRIL 20th, during registration hours. You or your representative will be required to sign for your ticket and provide a contact phone number, in case you miss your assigned selection time.
The cost per 10'x10' booth for the 2009 show will be $2300.
