Tutorial
Purpose
A Tutorial is a mini short course/workshop. It is a teaching process.
Some tutorial speakers actually bring equipment to the meeting, so the
participants get hands-on instruction. Tutorials are scheduled in one
and one-half hour blocks, with 30 to 45 minutes of the time devoted to
questions and answers. Tutorials are presented twice during the week.
The goal of the symposium is to educate, discuss, and exchange information
between users and manufacturers of turbomachinery equipment and educators.
People attend the symposium to learn new technology, and the Tutorial
presentation should aid the application of this technology.
Please check
the Publication Schedule for all applicable
dates.
Instructions for Tutorial Speakers
Please take time to read the Instructions for Tutorial Speakers, which are also mailed to each presenter by Joanne Burnett. All information relevant to presenting is available on the guidelines page.
Symposium
Registration
Each author will be required to register for the symposium. Registration
forms will be mailed in January, and reflect a special discounted registration
