"Exhibitor Symposium" Badge

As part of your prepaid booth fee, your company is allowed two Exhibitor (EXH) badges per 10'x10' booth space. You should assign these badges to the personnel most interested in attending the symposium technical sessions. Exhibitor registrations are included on the Attendee List.

Includes:

Admission to the exhibit hall any time it is open, including 1 hour prior to attendee/public;
Admission to all symposium technical sessions Tuesday through Thursday;
Lunch in the exhibit hall Tuesday and Wednesday;
Dinner at the Hilton Tuesday and Wednesday evening;
Inclusion in the symposium attendee list;
Portfolio bag, which includes:
- A pre-registration attendee list, and
- A copy of the Proceedings.

Optional "Exhibit Area ONLY" Badge

You also have the option of purchasing up to four Exhibit Area Only (EAO) per 10' x 10' booth space. You should assign these badges to the personnel who will only work in the booth. Exhibit Area ONLY registrations are NOT included on the Attendee List.

Includes:

Admission to the exhibit hall any time it is open, including 1 hour prior to attendee/public;
Lunch in the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday;
Dinner at the Hilton Tuesday and Wednesday evening.

Discount price - on or before August 11, 2008 - is $125 per badge. Thereafter, the price rises to $200 per badge.

Exhibit Day Pass

If additional badges for the 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. exhibit session on Tuesday or Wednesday are required, Exhibit Day Pass Badges ($100 each day) may be purchased, onsite or online. Exhibit Day Pass registrations are NOT included on the Attendee List.

Includes:

Lunch served in the exhibit hall, either Tuesday or Wednesday;
Admission to exhibit hall during private session, 12-2:00 p.m. (badge may also be used for free public sessions);
Does not include any evening meal tickets;
Does not include admission to symposium technical sessions;
Does not include symposium Proceedings.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE: THIS BADGE IS JUST TO GET YOU INTO THE EXHIBIT HALL ON TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY 12:00-2:00 P.M.!

Badge Pickup Onsite
Exhibit Day Pass badges should be picked up at the "Attendee" counter onsite under the individual's last name - NOT at the "Exhibitor" counter.

Free Exhibit Hall Pass

Exhibiting company staff may also enter the exhibits on a Free Exhibit Hall Pass, should your company require FREE additional staff beyond the number of EXH and EAO badges allotted. Free Exhibit Hall registrations are NOT included on the Attendee List, but are provided to Exhibitors post-event in an electronic list.

If you preregister your staff for this badge online, the PRE-registration counter will be available INSIDE Exhibit Hall D for them to pick up their badge, during the hours listed below.

Request Free Pass Flyers
To encourage visitors to attend the exhibits, we will supply, free to each exhibiting company, advertising flyers with attached free exhibit hall passes. Company contact persons will be surveyed for the number of flyers required for their customer mail lists (click HERE to download form). The Free Exhibit Hall passes are good for the following times:

Tuesday, September 9, 3:30 pm-7:00 pm
Wednesday, September 10, 3:30 pm-7:00 pm
Thursday, September 11, 9:30 am-12:00 pm

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. session on Tuesday and Wednesday is open to these badge types ONLY: Exhibitor, Exhibit Area Only, Exhibit Day Pass, Attendee, and Leader badges.

Please do not invite guests or make appointments with non-participant customers during these hours of 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., as they will not be admitted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Press Badges

Working journalists are guests of the Turbomachinery Laboratory and will be admitted to all technical sessions and to the exhibit hall (limited to two JOURNALISTS per trade publication). Press members will be issued press badges.

Press is identified as those individuals involved in preparation of technical publications for the turbomachinery users community, newspaper reporters, and members of the media supporting the Turbo Symposium.

Staff of an exhibiting company's in-house publication will need to register as exhibitors.

Short Courses

Any exhibit-type badge holder who wishes to attend a short course must pay the additional full short course fee, which is listed on a separate badge form, found HERE.
