Selection Session Information
Booth selections for the 38th Turbomachinery Symposium will be made at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Room 340 A&B on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2008.
The cost per 10'x10' booth for the 2009 show will be $2500. The Turbomachinery Advisory Committee approved the decision to increase to reflect the rising costs we incur. Islands, made up of four or more 10'x10' booths, will cost $2500.00 per 10'x10' increment. A deposit will NOT be required at selection session, but payment is due in full by May 14, 2009.

Three sessions are scheduled throughout the morning, based on priority points. See the Company Priority Listing for your designated time; you will be admitted ONLY to your assigned session.
A decision about your booth location will be required during Selection Session. Please take time to review the Online Floor Plan and/or download a PDF of the Floor Plan.
Companies that fail to choose their booth space during their assigned time will take their chances on the remaining booths, or on subsequent cancellations.
A reminder ticket for your company representative should be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration counter, George R. Brown Convention Center, starting on MONDAY, SEPT. 8th during the registration hours. You or your representative will be required to sign for your ticket and provide a contact phone number, in case you miss your assigned selection time.
If you miss you time slot, Martha will be located in Booths 501/503 at the front of the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday from 2 to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m..
