Turbo Symposium : Company Pass FAQ

• What is the maximum number of registrants allowed for the Company Pass?
  An unlimited number of registrants from the same company are permitted with the Company Pass registration. However, only one individual may use the pass at any one time. Typically, only about 5 individuals may effectively the badge over the course of the symposium.
• What if two or more registrants on the Company Pass want to attend the same technical session. Can they attend together?
  No. With this registration type, multiple employees of one company are able to exchange one badge among them to gain access to symposium activities one at a time. Multiple individuals may not attend symposium activities simultaneously using the same Company Pass.
• Can my company purchase more than one Company Pass?
  Yes.
• How much does it cost?
  $750.00 (USD)
• Does the Company Pass include Short Courses?
  No. Short Course registration is separate from symposium registration, and requires additional fees.
• How will registration work for the Company Pass?
  There is a specific Company Pass registration form, which may be obtained from our website or by contacting our office at 979-845-7417. The Turbomachinery Laboratory must have all the names and contact information of those intending to use the badge for registration to be complete.
• Will each registrant have to sign for his/her own badge?
  No. There will only be one badge for the group under the Company Pass registration. The first person to arrive at the symposium will pick up the badge at the "Badge Printing" registration counter. That person is responsible for passing it to the next registrant upon their completion of the designated technical session.
• Will each registrant receive a portfolio packet?
  No. There will only be one attendee packet and set of meal tickets given for the Company Pass registration.
• Is the Company Pass for symposium technical sessions only, or can exhibitors use it as well?
  Yes. Symposium attendees and exhibitors are eligible for the Company Pass.
• What if someone from my group loses the Company Pass or forgets to pass it to me?
  We will not reprint Company Pass badges. Once the Company Pass badge has been released to a registrant/company, the registrant/ company is responsible for that badge. If the badge is lost or misplaced, a duplicate will not be issued.
