Hotel Information
Turbo Symposium : Hotel Info

The headquarters hotel for the Turbomachinery Symposium is the Hilton Americas Houston. Hospitality suites, Tuesday's buffet, Wednesday's banquet, and symposium staff rooms are all located there. The Hilton is a full service hotel. 72 hour cancellation notice required prior to arrival date.

The Hyatt Regency will serve as the overflow hotel. Shuttle service will be provided by the Hyatt, but not by show management. 7 day cancellation notice required prior to arrival date.

Important Notes
In order to confirm a room assignment, the hotel will require you to provide a first night's deposit, (refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the guest’s first night of arrival). This charge will show up on your first credit card bill after you make your reservations, approximately 30 days prior to the event.

Housing Bureau
All hotel reservations must be made through the Greater Houston Convention & Visitor's Center Housing Bureau, NOT directly with the hotel! To insure that your hotel reservation is processed immediately, DO NOT fax housing forms to the Turbomachinery Laboratory or the hotel. Fax them directly to the Housing Bureau.
FAX FORM TO: 713-227-6331
TO CONFIRM RESERVATIONS: 888-508-5731

Special Information
We ask that you make your reservations at the contracted hotel on the housing form. The Turbomachinery Laboratory has contractual obligations at the hotel. If you make reservations at a hotel outside of the block, the Turbomachinery Laboratory falls short of its obligations and is responsible for paying lost income to the hotel, which in turn means higher costs and less benefits for participants. Thank you for your consideration.
