CANCELLATION POLICY
Should symposium and/or short course cancellation be necessary, written refund requests (by email, fax, or postal mail) must be received in the Turbomachinery Laboratory by midnight on the cut-off date, for full refund of registration fees. Cancellations related to personal hardships (death or illness in your family, sickness, hurricanes, etc.) after the cancellation date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not provided for business reasons (job reassignment, plant emergencies, etc.). No other registrations will be refunded after the cut-off date. We encourage substituting another employee so that your company receives the benefit of training.
The Turbomachinery Laboratory reserves the right to cancel the symposium in the event of unforeseen circumstances and will return all fees. The Turbomachinery Laboratory will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including by not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
For questions about your registration, please contact Jennifer Swartz at 979-862-1012, or email register@turbo-lab.tamu.edu.
| The Turbomachinery Laboratory is a nonprofit entity and registration fees, after covering the costs of producing the symposium, are used to support research and continuing education at Texas A&M University. |
