Dr. Eric Petersen is the Director of the Turbomachinery Laboratory at Texas A&M. Petersen has been with the Turbo Lab since 2007 and is the holder of the Nelson-Jackson Chair in the J. Mike Walker ’66 Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Ashton leads the Workforce Development and Business Operations offices at the Turbo Lab. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the staff offices, the overall organization of the Turbo Lab symposia including management of advisory committees, and oversight of short course programs and  the TRC.

Greg leads Business Development and Strategic Initiatives at the Turbo Lab.  His primary responsibility is developing and maintaining corporate, government, and institutional relationships for both research and workforce development activities including major sponsorships, gifts, and program expansion.

Carl is responsible for the operations and maintenance activities for the Research Lab.  Carl also is a machinist overseeing the lab machine shop working with research faculty and students to build custom test rigs and oversee safety protocols.
